Time To Celebrate Change

I want to share this with you! Are you ready for a change? Have you been in a drought spiritually, financially too long? I hear the spirit saying this is a season of change.

1 Kings 18:41 Elijah said to Ahab, up on your feet, eat and drink, Celebrate; Rain is on the way; I hear it coming. The drought has been in its third year, time cannot hinder God from acting.

Elijah tells the king of the land to celebrate because the season was about to change. An atmosphere of joy and celebration ushers you into a new season.

God is in control the bible says in Daniel 2-21 in the NIV He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

Elijah repaired the broken down altar, killed all the false prophets of Baal and the people turned their hearts to God. So go back to the altar of prayer and be persistent.

1 Kings 18:42 So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bent down to the ground and put his face between his knees.

And then he never gave up! You must believe the word of the Lord and hold on to your faith.

1 Kings 18:43-44 Go and look toward the sea,” he told his servant. And he went up and looked. There is nothing there,” he said. Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.” The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.
